well, on the other hand, if you played ME1 und ported it to ME2 and didnt play it for quite some time, its a nice reminder what you did earlier, but if you play ME2 right after the first game, yes, its a "LET ME PLAY ALREADY! i know myself what i did!"
The only upside to the comic is that you can make all your major choices and just jump right into ME2 without having to play through ME1 again in it's entirety. Other than that it's just boring as all hell.
Seriously? People on the Xbox had to pay for that comic.
It basically allows you to make all huge decisions in ME1 so you don't get saddled with crap in ME2 and 3.
No Wrex, dead Rachni Queen, bitchy Ashley instead of baller bro Kaiden.
Not to mention that killing Wrex isn't "dooming a race to the genophage", that only happens if you screw the pooch with Mordin or betray the Krogans in ME3.
Since you clearly illustrate you've played the game to "not remember who's the shitty politician" (who later becomes the councilor anyway in ME3 so either choice is fine.) you should know that the top selection is Paragon.
Regardless, if you wanted to cheat and look at the results of the decisions (like every ME player), you should do that. Otherwise, the whole point of these choices is to make a unique story and a unique Shepard.
A far superior gripe about ME is the fact that the game can punish you if you don't go completely Paragon or completely Renegade.
I'm serious about this; that comic was boring and incomplete. With so many details the first game had, I would've preferred that Bioware released a save-file converter for PC, so I could import the data right away.
Oh. I think I'll be sticking with the Xbox for ME at least for now. My PS3's been broken for as long as I can remember. I got a brand new one, it broke, got it replaced, that broke, so I don't plan on wasting more money on it. My 360's never given me a day of problems.
There have never been any problems with the save transfer for me on Xbox.
